These Terms of Use govern your use of emilycartwright.com(the "Site") and its free or paid digital resources, including theMeaningful Moments Starter Kit and What to Say Now(together, the "Resources"). By using the Site, downloading a Resource or completing a purchase you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase a Resource.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated on behalf of Emily Cartwright by Francia Labs. You can reach us at hello@emilycartwright.com.

2. What we provide

• Information about Emily Cartwright's coloring books and printable companions.
• Free downloadable resources, including the Meaningful Moments Starter Kit.
• Paid digital resources, when enabled, including the What to Say Now Pocket Response Finder and its printable companion materials.
• Links to purchase Emily Cartwright's books on Amazon and other retailers.

The Site and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may print and share purchased worksheets with people participating in your own household or family care circle. You may not publish an access link, resell or redistribute a Resource, provide it as part of a paid service, or present it as your own product.

3. Paid orders, delivery and refunds

When paid Resources are available, the order page identifies the product, currency, price and payment provider before you purchase. Systeme.io and the enabled payment processor handle checkout. A purchase may include a main offer, an optional order bump or a separate upsell or downsell transaction.

Paid Resources include a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund within 30 days of purchase, email hello@emilycartwright.comfrom the address used for the order and identify the product. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. This guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

4. Customer access links and offline copies

What to Say Now is delivered through a customer access link intended for personal and family caregiving use. The link is not an individual account or a promise of technical access control. Anyone who receives it may be able to open it. Once the Finder or a file has been saved offline, that copy cannot be remotely revoked or deleted by us. You are responsible for keeping the link within your permitted care circle and for maintaining your own compatible device and browser.

5. Not medical advice or emergency support

The Resources are educational communication aids and activity inspiration. They do not diagnose, treat, prevent or manage a medical condition, guarantee that a phrase will work, or replace advice from a qualified professional. Sudden or severe changes, possible pain or illness, falls, breathing or swallowing difficulty, prolonged refusal of food or fluids, a missing person, violence, self-harm or suspected abuse require appropriate professional or emergency help.

6. Intellectual property

All text, illustrations, designs, photographs, logos and the Resources themselves are owned by Emily Cartwright or her licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, sell or create derivative works from them without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed in section 2 above.

The "Emily Cartwright" name and monogram, and the EC open-book mark, are brand identifiers used by Emily Cartwright. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Site contains links to third-party websites we do not control, including Amazon.com. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the Resources are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emily Cartwright will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Resources.

We may update the Site, the Resources and these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.
